At Veluno, all products are print-on-demand. Each item is made specially for you after an order is placed.
Processing Time:
• Order processing & printing: 2–4 business days
• Orders move to production only after successful payment
Shipping Time:
• Standard delivery across India: 4–6 business days
• Total estimated delivery time: 7–8 business days
Shipping Partner:
• Orders are fulfilled and shipped via our print-on-demand partner Qikink and their courier partners
Shipping Charges:
• Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout
• Free shipping offers may be available during promotions
Order Tracking:
• Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS after dispatch
• Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate
Delays:
• Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or high demand
• Veluno is not responsible for courier delays
