Cancellation & Refund Policy – Veluno
All products at Veluno are custom-made and printed on demand.
Order Cancellation:
• Orders cannot be cancelled once they are sent to production
• Production usually starts within 12–24 hours after order placement
Refunds Are Applicable Only If:
• You receive a damaged product
• You receive a defective product
• You receive the wrong item
Refund Conditions:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Clear photos/videos of the issue must be provided
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
No Refunds / No Returns For:
• Size issues (please check size chart carefully)
• Color variations due to screen/printing differences
• Change of mind
• Delays caused by courier partners
Replacement:
• In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund
Refund Timeline:
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Bank processing time depends on the payment provider
